With more than two decades of experience, Niccol Walsh is a trusted insurance broker dedicated to helping people navigate health coverage with confidence.
Her career began in 2005 at Pomeroy & Associates, where mentorship guided her from administrator to licensed agent. That journey inspired the launch of Insurance Wise, a multi-state agency providing tailored solutions in ACA and Individual Coverage, Medicare, and Small Group Health Insurance.
Niccol’s background also includes founding Arizona Massage and Healing in 2012, a wellness practice serving seniors in the
West Valley.
Though the pandemic shifted her focus back into insurance full-time, it deepened her commitment to care—whether in the boardroom or beyond.

Her hands-on background includes health and welfare, as well as defined benefit plan administration, providing a solid foundation in benefits strategy and compliance.
Lisa specializes in self-funded arrangements, strategic planning, financial reporting, and marketing, and is equally skilled in managing fully insured and level-funded medical plans. Her expertise spans dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, and work-life products, as well as compliance tools like HSA, HRA, FSA, COBRA, and IRS 5500 filings.
